Done this trip a few weeks back. Highly recommend. Friendly, informative hosts. The sail out to the rock carving was lovely, chance to go for a swim in the lake, if your brave enough. I had a really amazing time yesterday on the afternoon boat tour. It was perfectly sunny with no wind & the boat was gorgeous, I wish I owned one like it!! Danny & Liam were great hosts & Danny was very knowledgeable when telling us about the Maori carvings etc. Swimming in Lake Taupō was really lovely, even though it was cold but I'm so glad I made myself get into the water! I really enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine too & the whole tour was definitely a 10 out of 10! I'd highly recommend going on this tour with this company ????????????

Wow! The boat is beautiful, the Skipper and crew are amazing. Great stories and very informational tour. We went as a whole family and loved every minute. The kids got to help raise the sail and even steer the boat. Probably the highlight was the swimming stop. We had the BEST time jumping off the boat into the crystal clear water of lake taupo. We had a great time on the sunset cruise. Beautiful day for a trip on the lake. A few people did go swimming even though the water was pretty chilly. Enjoyed the pizza and we were glad for the provided blankets after the sun went down as it got a little cold on the way back.
